Due to being a busy solo office-based practice, home visits are done on a limited basis within a 10 miles radius of zip code 08043, and have an additional $50 dollar home visit fee, not reimbursable by insurance. Any home visit to Philadelphia is a $75 dollar travel fee. Home visits are mainly reserved for preemies, 2 week and under newborns, twins, surgery recovery and any other post birth complication.
